Therapeutic Exercise

Recovery doesn't stop when your appointment ends. We may recommend personalized stretches and strengthening exercises to improve mobility, support healing, and help prevent future injuries.

Custom Orthotics

Custom orthotics may be recommended to improve foot alignment and biomechanics. By providing better support, they can help reduce stress on the feet, knees, hips, and lower back while improving overall comfort during daily activities.

Digital X-Rays

When clinically appropriate, digital X-rays may be recommended to help evaluate your spine and joints. If additional imaging is needed, Dr. Oliver may also refer you for an MRI or additional imaging at an outside facility.

Additional In-Office Therapies

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (E-Stim)

Electrical Muscle Stimulation uses gentle electrical impulses to help reduce pain, relieve muscle spasms, and promote healing by stimulating muscles and nerves.

Therapeutic Ultrasound

Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves to gently warm and stimulate soft tissues, helping reduce pain, improve circulation, and support the healing of muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Mechanical Traction

Mechanical traction gently stretches the spine to reduce pressure on the discs and nerves, improve mobility, and help relieve neck or back pain.

Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy uses cold therapy to help reduce inflammation, minimize swelling, relieve pain, and promote recovery following injury or overuse.
