Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic care focuses on improving joint mobility, reducing pain, and restoring healthy movement through gentle, personalized adjustments. Treatment may also include rehabilitation exercises, posture education, and other supportive therapies when appropriate.
Our team of three chiropractors works with patients experiencing back and neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, auto accident injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Appointments typically last 5–15 minutes, depending on your individual treatment plan.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a gentle, evidence-informed therapy that uses very fine, sterile, single-use disposable needles to help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. We offer both traditional acupuncture and seated acupuncture, allowing us to tailor treatments to each patient's comfort and needs.
Our three board certified licensed acupuncturists provide personalized care for pain management, injury recovery, stress, headaches, and a variety of other health concerns.
Appointments are available in 25- and 45-minute sessions.
Medical Massage
Medical massage therapy is a treatment-focused approach designed to relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, reduce pain, and support recovery from injury or chronic conditions. Every session is customized to your specific areas of concern and treatment goals.
Our team of four licensed massage therapists offers a variety of therapeutic techniques to provide care that's tailored to each patient.
Sessions are available in 55- and 85-minute appointments.
Cupping
Cupping therapy is offered in combination with acupuncture treatments when recommended by your acupuncturist. Using gentle suction cups, this therapy helps increase circulation, release muscle tension, and support the body's natural recovery process.
Because cupping is part of an individualized acupuncture treatment, your provider will determine whether it's appropriate for your condition and goals.
